Although she is mainly an in-charge, no-nonsense sort of girl, Frankie can be quite stunning, as seen in " Frankie My Dear ," where Mac, Bloo, another imaginary friend named Prince Charming , and a pizza delivery boy named Chris , all develop a crush on her, and in " Good Wilt Hunting ", where two nerds, Douglas and Adam, consider her to be a vision of beauty. Frankie can be skeptical at times, as seen in " Imposter's Home for Um Make 'Em Up Pals ", where she thinks Goofball John McGee is not an imaginary friend because of his overly-human appearance, which, to be fair, is not a bad thing.
Also, she may have a case of road rage, especially seen in "Good Wilt Hunting," where officer Nina Valarosa , Eduardo's creator, hands out tickets for numerous traffic violations.
She also won the election for president of the house in " Setting a President ," but resigned when she found out the pay was worse than her old job and partially because Mr. Herriman was devastated not getting his old job. Frankie also gets extremely stressed out in " Cheese A Go-Go ".
She has to deal with picking up imaginary friends, run errands and a lawsuit between her grandmother and Jackie Khones over a tuna sandwich. She also has problems with Cheese and the others throughout, which becomes worse when Bloo uses an observatory public address system to tell everyone including her that Cheese is an outer-space alien and, in substance, invites the creatures from other worlds to pick him up.
The stressing out was also a center point on the movie Destination Imagination , where she escaped to a world to be pampered by a character named World , a face that could move around onto anything. Frankie's character design appears to be loosely based on that of Lauren Faust, the show's supervising producer and real-life spouse of series creator Craig McCracken. Oddly enough, Frankie, unlike her grandmother, seems to have not created an imaginary friend of her own, most likely because she grew up surrounded by them.
However, she is most likely to have adopted World. Her favorite TV show is a soap opera called "The Loved and the Loveless," which is very popular among the house residents. Frankie sees Mac as a little brother.
They also have a brother-sister relationship despite that Mac has an intense crush on her. He is also the only child that she sees everyday to make sure that Bloo hasn't been adopted and is wiling to help him vice-versa. She is usually soft towards Mac becuase he never gives up on his best friend Bloo, and that he tries to stay out of trouble despite of Bloo's antics.
Frankie has a double-edged relationship towards Bloo, because he keeps getting in trouble due to his crazy schemes and his antics which get him a lot of trouble and that she easily gets frustrated with him whenever he makes a mess in the house and refuses to do it himself and have Frankie do his chores for him.
Frances "Frankie" Foster : eat, Mr. Real Man. Blooregard "Bloo" Q. Kazoo : [uneasily] Uhh Kazoo : Don't mind if I do eat some food Kazoo : Don't mind if I do. Kazoo : Pick up a fork and eat some of the food that is on the table in front of me! Kazoo : Oh, silly me.
Kazoo : A spoon can't pick up a steak! Kazoo : [guiding Mac; Frankie watches, exasperated] Left. Your other left.
Okay, down. Kazoo : There we go! Kazoo : [Mac blindly stabs the steak with the fork] Now to lift it up into my mouth. Kazoo : [bending down from the top, trying to reach the steak with his mouth] Ahh Kazoo : Ahhh Also, being imaginary would explain why Frankie is willing to work in a Foster home instead of going to college or pursuing a career.
Here comes my own theory that answers that very question. What if Frankie was the person who imagined Madame Foster? It would explain why Madame Foster is so energetic and childlike, despite being so old. The home actually belongs to her. I think she meant on his creation because bloo and haraiman are the only sophisticated imaginary friends who truly think and act for themselves instead of following their kid around.
In the episode Where their original creators get to visit them you get to see the background on why they were created. This theory makes no sense what so ever. If anything tho if she did imagine up any friends she would actually have quite a few of them like the imaginary friends that never leave and are used around the house like the oven, the mop and bucket, the one that counts the votes every election year for house president, the wall.
