Are people required to go to school at all wherever you are from. I was just trying to get my point across. When u raise 8 brothers and sisters because ur mom and dad was on drugs, u kind of put them first and other things like school last. I had no choice but to quit. Someone had to provide for them.
Omg thank you! Arguing with anyone or everyone who brings up a valid point that she missed. This story has holes all over it. All you had to do was watch the show and know that Sheree has been trying to get this money since the show first aired. I enjoyed the article, and I totally get it. Sheree was awarded some funds, but in the long run Bob still ends up on top. Sheree's showdown with Bob in court was, well, anti-climactic. Who knew Bob Whitfield would pull out a trump card like that?
It was evidently a pretty crafty move defending himself and then postponing the hearing with a petition for contempt. While this scene was mostly just sad and disheartening especially when Bob stuck his tongue out at Sheree when they were leaving the building , I did love the face Phaedra made at the beginning of the proceedings when she asked Sheree if she had spoken to Bob at all and she said no. And while Bob may have won the battle, Sheree will certainly win the war with Phaedra on her side.
Thank goodness Sheree had Phaedra's expert guidance when selecting an outfit to wear to court. Eventually the bank foreclosed on the house, and Bob lost ALL the equity he had in the home.
Perhaps this is why she lost all of her appeals for spousal support? Sheree never paid Bob back for the money lost as a result of her refusal to honor the agreement.
And that clears up why the house fell into foreclosure. Essentially if Sheree attempts to take Bob to court for the lost child support, he can counter-sue for all the money he is owed.
