A Stylist must conduct her own Trunk Shows in order to earn personal commissions or accumulate PCV for coaching commissions. You may not ask another Stylist, friend, or Hostess to conduct a Trunk Show on your behalf. If you cannot attend a booked Trunk Show, rather than cancel and disappoint your Hostess, you may ask another Stylist to stand in your place.
No franchise is granted and there are no exclusive territories for sales or sponsoring purposes. You must only sell and sponsor within your own country of residence.

Should you choose to sponsor Stylists, you must provide adequate training and consistent communication to them, just as you would want provided to you. Once a Stylist has been deactivated, she must wait six months before reapplying, as noted in the policies on Deactivation. A Stylist will be offered the option of enrolling in a Personal Website when she first signs up as a Stylist. The first 30 days of enrollment are free. This fee will be charged without notice on the anniversary date of sign up. If you choose cancel the enrollment, you may enroll again at any time via the Stylist Lounge, but you will lose the name of your Personal Website.
Self Termination Forms can be downloaded within the Stylist Lounge. Stylists who resign must also send copies of the letter to their upline Stylist and notify any downline Stylists of their termination. If your Independent Stylist Agreement was terminated as a result of Resignation, you must wait six months before you can reapply to become a Stylist again.
This six-month period will begin on the date your account was deactivated. The Company may accept or reject your application for any reason at its sole discretion. If your application is accepted, you must start at the beginning Stylist Status Level of Pending and beginning Career Rank level of Stylist. Deactivation means a loss of Stylist status and all Stylist benefits including product discounts, Company mailings, eligibility for Stylist contests, events and incentives, as well as the loss of all downline Stylists and related coaching commissions.
The Independent Stylist Agreement may be deactivated:. At the death or retirement of the individual Stylist whether the Stylist is doing business individually or in the form of an approved limited liability company.
The Company will notify the Stylist by e-mail at the latest address listed with the Company for the Stylist. The Company may terminate the Independent Stylist Agreement with any Stylist at any time and for any reason by notifying you in writing of our election to terminate. Terminations of the Independent Stylist Agreement are effective the first day of the month following the date of Resignation, Deactivation or Termination. Upon termination of the Independent Stylist Agreement for any reason, your personal group will roll up as per our policy on Roll-Ups. In addition, you will lose any gift certificates, Jewelry Credits and Business Supply Credits that you have earned.
You will receive legitimately earned profit and royalties only for the last full payment period you were active prior to termination. The Starter Kit must be returned in its entirety, along with the shopping spree free jewelry awarded with the Starter Kit; all contents of the Starter Kit must be unopened and the jewelry must be in unworn and resalable condition in order to receive a refund. The Starter Kit must be returned to the Home Office via registered mail. The original shipping and handling fees are not eligible for refund.
Opened Starter Kits will be prorated to the resalable value. Shopping spree free jewelry must be returned in good condition with the Starter Kit to receive a refund. Shopping spree free jewelry that is damaged or in otherwise poor condition will not be refunded.
